• How long will I have to wait for my order to be received?
  Please allow approximately 10 days for art to arrive. Anna Marie will confirm via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
  
  
• What happens if I accidentally misspell a name?
  Although we cannot refund for spelling errors, if you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, we will make the necessary corrections.
  
  
• What if my order is damaged in shipping?
  Although we take pride and care in packaging your order, if there is damage during delivery, we will be glad to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Kindly notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Can my name picture be embellished with art?
  For an additional fee, Anna Marie will customize your name with art of your choosing to reflect your individual personality and interests.
  
  
• What is an original ANNA MARIE’S ABC print?
  Each alphabet letter was designed, hand drawn and copyrighted by Anna Marie. Our names and expressions are individually printed, using archival pigment ink on acid - free paper. They are mounted using acid free backing and  tape, hand signed, custom matted, and framed.
  
  
• How many letters are allowed for name?
  Maximum of twelve letters per name.
